Job Description


A CR’s role is to engage with physicians (members), servicing their needs to help build a sustainable asset in our community, while also encouraging their active participation in the various opportunities on offer. The spectrum for this role is broad and encompasses many aspects ranging across the following:

Reminding members about opportunities they have been invited to
Recruiting new members based on their suitability for telephone or online market research surveys
Customer / Member care
Collecting or confirming profile information
Dealing with honorarium payment issues
Making follow-up calls for verification / quality purposes

Excellent command of English (oral and written)
An excellent telephone manner
Developed interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to communicate with confidence at all levels
Good organizational skills and persistence
Good computer literacy is required
Experience in a call center would be an advantage
