The Job

As a Mobile Engineer iOS you will lead the design and implementation of eCommerce and digital programs in native mobile platforms. You will be responsible for integrating mobile apps with core eCommerce engine and backend systems/services. You will partner with product management and create mobile application prototypes to test new features or entirely new applications on current and future mobile platforms. You will be responsible to develop a mobile application & usability testing methodology across devices and Operating systems and versions. You will need to understand and implement iOS specific design patterns.

About You

You have an education in Computer Science. You have experience in the mobile app development lifecycle, including user interface design, SDKs and HTMLs across devices. You have experience in developing NATIVE iPhone/iPad applications in Objective-C or Swift with at least 1 application in the Apple App Store. You have experience developing Hybrid iOS apps preferably using Cordova and AngularJS frameworks as well as integrating framework provided plugins to utilize native phone APIs for handling push notifications, geolocation, touchID, address book integration & payment processing (Apple Pay etc). It is expected that you have experience integrating with enterprise applications and infrastructures using Web Services (REST), JSON protocols. You have experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to a broad based team. Fluency in English is required.
